Andrew Lear is an experienced finance executive with over 25+ years in Finance, Strategy, and International Business, and has been the CFO of two publicly traded companies. He has led the IPO as CFO of two companies, and he is the founder and CEO Lake Tapps Capital, a financial services company providing consulting to tech startup companies, as well as providing fractional CFO leadership and outsourced finance and accounting services. His niche has been with founder-led companies in the $100mm range that have transitioned from private ownership to being publicly listed.
Mr Lear holds an MBA from the University of Michigan, with a concentration in international finance as well as a BS of Mechanical Engineering in Heat Transfer and Fluid Dynamics from Brigham Young University. He is the proud father of four children with his amazing wife Jennifer and is an avid Settlers of Catan player.
